Are you open for business?   

Yes we are!  As of November 2023, our current store hours are:

Monday-Friday:  10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday:  10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Closed on Sundays)

How do I make an appointment?

Feel free to call us anytime during our stated business hours, or reach out to us on our contact form.

Can I come in without an appointment?  

Absolutely!  Walk-ins are welcome any time during our stated business hours.

Can you clean and polish my jewelry?  

Yes we can!  Cleaning is done upon request.  Polishing is also available for a small fee.

Are you still doing repairs and restorations of jewelry?  

Yes, we are!  Feel free to bring in your piece and our experienced team will be ready to assist you.

I have a budget.  Can you work with various price points?  

Yes we can!  We have a variety of items with a wide range of prices.

Can I return the items if I do not like them?  

Absolutely!  We do our best to ensure that you love the piece you select, but we also understand that things happen.

Do I need to be present in the store to start a custom design?

No, you do not!  Give us a call or reach out to us on our website and we can start creating your custom piece either over the phone or through email. 

Do you provide appraisals for insurance?

Yes, we do!  Jack Seibert is a CGA Certified Gemologist Appraiser of the American Gem Society.

You mention that you are a member of the American Gem Society.  What does that mean?

As a member of the American Gem Society, we are required to adhere to the Code of Ethics set forth by the society.  Membership into the American Gem Society is very extensive and exclusive.  Less than 5% of applications are accepted for membership.

Individuals are often shocked to hear that there are NO licensing requirements to sell or appraise jewelry in the State of Ohio.  That is why we feel it is very important to choose a Retail AGS Jeweler. This ensures that you are given the most accurate information regarding your jewelry, and that pieces present in the store are held to the highest standards.  Anyone can get a vendor’s license to sell jewelry.  Those vendors are not held to the same high standards we are as members of the American Gem Society.

Can you send photos or videos of different jewelry pieces?   

Absolutely- let us know what you would like to see and we will take care of it.

Do you work on watches?

While we admire watches and think they look beautiful, we do NOT do any work of any kind on watches.  If you have a watch that needs repaired, we highly recommend:

We are located about two miles west of SR 315, traveling away from The Ohio State University and High Street.  Our store is located on the south side of Lane Avenue, and we do have private, onsite parking. We are adjacent to the Shops at Lane Avenue, next door to Carsonie’s.
